This is my opinion:
Like what minimania said, rubbish or irrelevant message sometimes might be because of some forumers who tried to chase post count, which I think is not very healthy if those messages doesn't contribute/meaningless. I think it all boils down to the way we look at the post count.
We should be mature enough to know that:
The higher the post count doesn't imply that the more senior the forumer.
The higher the post count doesn't mean that the poster would enjoy more privileges.
The higher the post count doesn't mean that we should respect more to that forumer. Respect the newbie too.
A poster who have higher post count doesn't mean he/she could simply "flame"/shoot/offense others without any concrete reason.
We should emphasize on quality of the contribution, not quantity.
In all cases, this is the open forum, we should accept/respect different views from others. One could agree, or not to agree to the contribution from other forumers, but in a mature way.
hmmm do we really need this post count ??
why not just delete these count and everybodys will be at the same level, no need to difrenciate the pro driver, L or P or stunt driver
just my personal opinion...
