I've been waiting 2 month for my GL to be arrived which finally received. So excited when get the call from my dealer informing my car is ready. Looks very elegent and smart but when i make my drive (which the farest at the moment) to Putrajaya, I notice that the alignment is move to the left. Call my dealer and suggest me brings back to the Nissan workshop since i just using it for 3 day after collected. Take leave for one day and need to spend time about 4hour for them to do the balancing and alignment which is quite annoying for simple things to be done. After exhausted waiting, makes move with my GL which according to them has been fixed but frustrated when hit back to highway and get the same result as before. Call Nissan workshop and they told me to come again next day. Took half day off from office and need to wait another 4hrs for them to completed. This time they told me there is something wrong with my tyre and they just rotate from front to the back. After completed with their checking I make move and hit back to highway but really upset cause the problem still persist. This make me wonder if they really checking or just hold the car for hours and trying to make people believe they has do troubleshooting. They didn't do it infornt of my eyes but brings the car to somewhere else which according to them tyre shop. Need to go back there again, hope will resolve the issues.
Total hour spending = 8hrs.
Total leave need to sacrificed = 1.5day + 1 day for tomorrow.
Advice needed. Can i get the replacement for my GL tyre if its confirm have problem? Since problem not resolve isit possible to bring to our own workshop to fixed it and claim back to Nissan?

melalui pertanyan bro tu...mmg boleh tukar tayar!..sebb den dulu pon baru seminggu dapat impul trus claims warranty tukar 2 bijik tayar!!!...tapi banyak keje skit aa....pergi jalan tandang check tayar tu ( tapi skrang dah tutup dah tempat sevis tuh)....then tehnician depa akan check...so kalau betul error...depa akan kasik plak...kedai tayar kat PJ ss baper ntah...so aku pon kena pergi sana plak...so mmg banyak keje
dari NISSAN--> DUNLOP jalan tandang---> tunggu 2 minggu baru tahu area mana ada kedai simpan stok...trus claims...huhuhuh
bosan jugak aaa....wakaakakakka...nak buat camner nak bayar bulan2...layan kan aja....nak mintak TC tukar sebijik lain..mmg tinggal harapan laaa....
p/s: lari ke kiri tu mmg common la. utk IMPUL...dalma FORUM ni aku nengok rata2 komplen lari ke kiri....la ni...aku dah buat macam2...etc ...allignment luar + tukar tayar 215/40 + tambah UR + chamber ( hahhaah...awal2 dah pakai)....so far ok la...kadang2 permukaan jalan pon main peranan ...tapi tak tau la nak sedapkan hati kot...hahahahah
