Hi, congratulations to all those who have work hard to make mylivina.com a success, i'm called to open this topic to share the frustation faced by maybe several of our members which haven't received their livina yet but then have to put up with the increasing numbers of livina's currently on the road.

Can anybody share an info on the delivery date and if there is anyway for us to check directly with etcm on when is our livina is scheduled to be delivered, i think a lot of us soon to be livina owners would welcome it. Thanks again and hope to get involve in the future TT, since i'm from central region  Grin

Just called ETCM customer "care" hotline, the lady said currently they are processing Jan order.  Embarrassed

15,000 Grand Livina ditempah


EDARAN Tan Chong Motor (ETCM) sudah menerima 15,000 tempahan bagi kenderaan pelbagai guna (MPV) Nissan Grand Livina sejak pelancarannya Disember lalu.

Pengarah Eksekutifnya, Datuk Dr Ang Bon Beng, berkata MPV tujuh tempat duduk itu menjadi model Nissan paling laris di negara ini kerana menawarkan keselesaan pada harga berpatutan.

Justeru, katanya, ETCM akan meningkatkan pengeluaran MPV berkenaan dengan melanjutkan tempoh operasinya kepada dua syif di kilangnya di Serendah, mulai bulan depan.



Beliau berkata, peningkatan pengeluaran Grand Livina bertujuan memendekkan tempoh menunggu supaya pelanggan dapat menerima kenderaan yang ditempah dalam tempoh antara tiga hingga empat bulan berbanding enam bulan sekarang.

“Kami yakin mampu meningkatkan pengeluaran model terbabit kepada 2,400 unit sebulan berbanding 1,200 unit ketika ini dengan lanjutan operasi itu.

“Sehingga kini, hanya kira-kira 7,000 unit Grand Livina yang belum dapat dihantar kepada pelanggan. Justeru, lanjutan operasi pengeluaran, ia dapat disiapkan dalam tempoh dua bulan,” katanya pada majlis penyampaian hadiah Pertandingan `Memenangi Latio Setiap Bulan' bagi April 2008 di Pulau Pinang.

aku pun called 2 x customer care line...
and the answer... "sori encik sekarang production for jan punya booking"..

Saya booking on 24 Jan 08, 1.6 (A). SA promise before end of May will get the car. Tinggal 1 week je lagi, takde apa-apa berita lagi pun sehingga hari ni.

 hai bro, melalui pengalaman saya,

1. perlu hantar email seberrapa kerap yang boleh kepada service care tu.
    (nanti dia akan highlightkan nama kita- customer yang bising)
     sekurang-kurangnya 4 kali
   

2. akhir sekali hantar email gertak nak cancell.

hmm hopefully with the new shift that the've introduced, maybe they can really cut short the delivery time. I was promised that mine would be available in the third week of august but hopefully with the new shift, can get it before august

i booked my GL on 6th Jan 2008, SA promise to delivery right after CNY. me only received on 24th May 2008. quirral with SA and the manager so many times because of the stupid promise. end up my deal is totally difference from what the SA offer earlier. the SA told me 'this is the car, you want it or not on 21st Jan 2008?' by no choice and long time waiting. Me accept the GL without any discount and free gift that the SA promise when i booked the car.
So.... everybody out there, please becareful! the SA will play you out totally.
