Bukan tak percaya sama u,tapi kawan2 lain pun menunggu lama,saya sms dah no account pada u,dah pm dalam livep no account,tapi masih tak jawap,mestila rasa marah sedikit,tapi kalau u bagi respon,i ok,i beri dalam sms skrg.

salam.....

anybody can share some info on how to secure our side after trade in old car to Tan Cong.

I will receive my GL tomorrow and also hand over old car at the same time.

Previously heard a lot of unpleasant thing like car end up at use car while the remaining account not yet settled.

anis trade in old car to tan chong/nissan branch. so far no problem...everything settel very well.

receipt so far dah kutip sebab different antara rega Tan Cong amik ngan full settlement amount dan pon dilangsaikan...

kalau dah clear kat bank... tak ada masalah lah...

bukan apa dulu sedara pernah kena.. treadin kerete.. 6 bulan kemudian.. dapat surat bank nak tarik kereta.. carik punya carik.. dah ada kat used car muor...

just nak share some story

case1
trade in keta kancil and beli p.wira new...ingat dah settle rupanya keta kancil tu masuk used car and make it worst hilang masa transaction with new buyer.insurans semestinya dah tamat.jadi lah pulak kes polis sbb bank hamya cari owner asal aka loan holder.nasib baik a year later jumpa balik and case close.shelamat.......

case 2
trade in keta wira angkat keta yang biasa biasa je(tak yah hutang2 dah sebab wira tu full settlement ada balance kepada owner (amount jual lagi tinggi) tapi tak jugak2 close akaun ngan bank..akibatnya owner tu nak buat laon tak lps sbb ada rekod ctosh/scrist/csar ntah apa apa.use car tu tak close akaun untill buyer baru masuk..hampehh

itu yang jadi takut nih....byk sgt kes yang tak sedap didengar..

ps..semua tu jadi pada close relative

bro himura78,

I also trade in my car to Tan Chong for my GL, no worries, they will issue a letter that they will take the car and even settle my outstanding loan to my previous HP bank for that car!!!

akan dapat surat dari Tan Chong then boleh refer kepada bank. boleh request bank keluarkan surat settlement. bila bank dah kluar surat so xde prob lagi
